Chuck is also an accomplished writer and nationally renowned speaker, author, educator, and radio commentator. |
He was CEO of !deaCorporation of America/!deaworks, where for more than two decades, he provided training and consulting services to major corporations and institutions including Pepsi-Cola, Fidelity, EMC and scores of industries and institutions in a variety of sectors including health care, service, manufacturing, financial, government, academic, and non-profit.
He was the creator of Word-of-Mouth™ and is acknowledged nationally as the developer of innovative and highly effective new hire communication and orientation programs.
Chuck is a speechwriter, magazine columnist, and creative director and has more than two decades experience both in front of the camera and microphone and behind the scenes.
He has scripted hundreds upon hundreds of programs for video, film, audio, CD/DVD, print and the Internet. |

As a producer-director, Chuck has developed corporate and organizational video and film, radio and television commercials, and documentaries.

Chuck’s writings and voice have been heard on more than 400 public radio stations by millions of listeners for a decade. He has been a regular contributor to Public Radio International’s Monitor and American Public Media’s Marketplace. |
He is a humorist and author of THIS BOOK IS NOT A TOY!: FRIENDLY ADVICE ON HOW TO AVOID DEATH AND OTHER INCONVENIENCES, published by St. Martin’s Press. Chuck has appeared in anthologies along side of Tom Wolfe, George Plimpton, Margaret Atwood, Dave Barry and Jim Lehrer.
Chuck earned an M.Ed from Boston University and has taught at a number of New England colleges and universities. |

He has been on the board of numerous non-profit organizations over the past 20 years, including the Massachusetts Association for Television in Education, The Institute for Distance Learning, The Art Institute of Boston, Visionary Institute, and The Artist's Foundation.
He grew up on the surface of Pittsburgh. |
